Grounding Exercise

Here is an exercise I have been doing for over 20 years, and still do every day. This should be done before any healing, meditation or Spiritual work to help you use your body as a vehicle for receiving guidance and energy. It is also a helpful daily practice to build inner strength, peace and calm. Whatever is happening inside YOU will be reflected back to you from the outside world. This exercise should help you feel calm, centred, balanced, grounded and strong. Practice, practice, practice!
